Night at the Museum

January 21, 2017, 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM

One of Montreal's hidden treasures, the Dufresne-Nincheri Museum will host "Una Serata al Museo" (A Night at the Museum). This Napoleonic meets Victorian era Castle is home to some of Montreal's most astonishing artwork, created by none other than the Michaelangelo of Montreal himself – Guido Nincheri. Canada's most decorated artist, this Italian-Canadian graced this Castle with his stained glass and breathtaking paintings and murals.

The Dufresne-Nincheri Museum is offering you a never-before seen look at Nincheri's hidden artwork. This night-time venture into the world of Nincheri gives you a chance to cherish his artwork and stained glass through the filter of the moon. You will be able to tour the Castle, while enjoying canapés and exclusive wines from Italy.

Sponsored by the CIBPA (Canadian Italian Business and Professional Association), MYICA (Montreal Young Italian-Canadian Association), the Associazione Italo-Canadese del West Island and Casa d'Italia, this event is a fundraiser, with 100% of the proceeds going to the museum, in order to help maintain and preserve Nincheri's artwork and studio.

A minimum donation of $50 is required to RSVP (Tax Receipts will be issued) and are made over the phone. Act fast, tickets are limited.
